Privacy statement
We respect the privacy rights of our online visitors and recognize the importance of protecting their personal information. In the privacy statement below, you'll find how, and which, personal information we collect and how we use it.

This policy may be changed from time to time, so check this page occasionally to ensure that you remain happy with our policy. By using our website, you’re agreeing to our privacy policy.

Which personal information do we collect?
We collect your personal information when you use our website. When placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter or contacting us, for example. In these cases, we may store information like your name, email, IP address and website activity. We can also store non-personal information like browser type, operating system and technical info on website accessing methods. If you place an order at TITS, your card information is not held by us. It's instead collected by our third-party payment processors, specialised in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, more on this below.

Why do we store your personal information?

How is your personal information used?
– process orders that you have submitted;
– to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us;
– seek your views or comments on the products we provide;
– send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you. These may include information about products, sales and other activities;

We review our personal information retention periods on a regular basis. We're legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations. We'll only hold your personal information for as long as necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

How do we protect your personal information?
We do everything possible to protect your personal information from getting lost or destroyed and to protect your personal information from usage, changes and distribution by unauthorized people. We do this by encrypting sensitive information, processing usage data anonymously and, where needed, through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. Your information will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties have all been kept confidential on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
