General terms & conditions

Online return policy
As you may know, we’re a small store with little stock and a big focus on sustainability. That’s why we encourage you to only order items you know you’ll love. Are you curious about sizing, fit, material or more? You can always drop us a message.

Sometimes an item just isn’t what you expected, in which case you have the right to return it within 14 days. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and still have the original hangtag attached. Please note that sale items, This Is The Shit Vintage, underpants and sex toys can't be exchanged nor returned.

Please include a filled-out return form (also to be found in your parcel) with your shipment. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your money to the account and payment method used for your order. The return shipment costs are for your own expense and TITS is not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged during transit. Feel like saving the planet and your shipping costs? You’re always welcome to return or exchange your online purchase in our Amsterdam store.
