You can return your item within 14 days.

Sale items, This Is The Shit Vintage and sextoys can not be changed or returned.

Don’t forget to send us an email at [email protected] with your name, the reason of return and your bankdetails so we can refund your money as soon as possible. The shipping costs are for your own expense. TITS is not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit.

If you bought your item online, you can change it in our Amsterdam store. You can also deliver the item there to avoid paying the shipping costs.

Be aware that the return policy in store is different then for the webshop! For online shopping there are different laws to abide. (See in store return policy below)

NOTE: We strongly recommend to make a picture of the package with the label before you send it back to us. This way you have more chance to get compensation if the package is lost by the postal company. TITS will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
